      Evolutionary Martial Arts Youâ??re never too old to start a new adventure in life! Our adult classes focus on health, wellness and fitness in a fun atmosphere. We offer martial arts classes that will take you to your black belt while achieving a full body workout. In addition to martial arts classes we offer a striking class geared around kick boxing. Through this process you will learn real life self defense tactics and gain new friendships. We offer classes throughout the week. Contact us on which days and times are available for new students.
