I am Kathleen Payne, have been a solve bank customer for almost 30 years, I have had 4 auto loans in the past, never late on one payment EVER, I always have the loan payments taken out of my account. I find myself in need of a loan for a used car only $3,000.00 and I have been refused...What happened to the personal services at solvay bank, I got a loan once from you guys over the phone!! I just lost my husband last june to lung cancer and had some money troubles due to Dr. bills but now I am paying them all and I make plenty of money to pay you back, I would have it taken out of my account again, you would have the car for collateral I would never miss a payment..after all it is only $3,000.00..I have that much available to me on my credit cards...can some one please get back to me and explain why this is happening to me ...thank-you a loyal customer ....kathleen payne
