Tom from Valentine Plumbing is awesome! He did a great job with my sub-pump issues and fixed them in a timely manner. He was so polite and took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong and needed to be done to fix the problem. At the same visit he gave me an estimate on a French drain. Overall a GREAT experience and now I know a great plumber!

Tom was by far the best plumber I have ever had the chance to work with. I had called about two different issues in our upstairs bathrooms. Tom arrived on time the following day and looked very professional. Tom proceeded to take care of all the issues as well as inform me of why these problems had occured. He also gave me some other tips to avoid future problems within the household. Tom showed nothing but oustanding curtisy and I couldn't have been more pleased. I would recommend Tom for anyones plumbing needs.

Called Valentine Plumbing because I found a busted water pipe in one of our vacant rental units. Talked to Tom Bowman explained my situation and he calmed me down over the phone and lead me through what I could do till he was able to arrive. He even got to the problem 30 minutes earlier than the appointed time. Handled it with professional precision and care! He insisted on wearing booties even after I told him not to worry. The price was way more than fair! I cant say enough about their service and quality! I'll call him for all of my future plumbing needs (and wishes too)! Thank you Valentine plumbing!!

Tom came out the same afternoon I called about my water heater which wasn't working. He got it started quickly and instructed me on the importance of flushing and draining the unit to extend its life. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I called valentine to repair a water supply valve for the ice maker on my refrigerator. Tom arrived and was personable and professional. He explained my options and quoted prices based on the options. The prices surprised me as they were very reasonable compared to past plumbing repairs. He was careful in his work to avoid damage to our kitchen floors and counters. He cleaned up after he was finished. The work took a little longer than anticipated due to the placement of the existing plumbing inside the wall. Yet Tom kept to his original estimate. I will definitely use Valentine again when I need a plumber. Karl Burnitz

I had a very good experience with this company. Tom Bowman was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He called me in advance of my scheduled appointment time to let me know he was running a little late. When he arrived at my home, he explained the problem, how he was going to fix it, and he answered all of my questions. I would use this company again and I would recommend it to others.

They were very reliable and came out the same day.
