This Camping World installed an axle for me in June 2014. I noticed the axle failed in August 2014. The service manager acquired an axle from a local supplier and installed the next day. The service manager told me that the axle was better than the original manufacturer. He also said that getting an axle from the manufacturer could take 6 weeks. When the axle failed, the Camping World in Akron got an axle from the Dexter in a week and a half. The Swedesboro Camping World failed to step up and accept responsibility for the failed axle. Still communicating with Good Sam/Camping World corporate for retribution. We even have the Good Sam Extended Service Plan. Been trying to get this resolved for 4 months. It appears that nobody wants to accept responsibility. Be very cautious of any work being done by this or any Camping World. Do not accept recommendations of the service manager. Get guarantee in writing.

Thank you Camping World!! We took our 40' Raptor toy hauler into Camping World for some warranty work and a roof replacement. We explained to them that we were actually here on a trip and needed the work to be done as quickly as possible. We were a little worried because almost every other shop in the area started saying it would take a week, but then they would say it would take two weeks and some would even said three weeks. Camping World said 6 days. They had it complete in 5 days. They also had the most competitive bid and did great work. When there was a catastrophy with the insurance payment they worked with us so that we wouldn't be left without a place to stay for the weekend. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS CAMPING WORLD!!!
