I've been coming to Queen nails for a few years now I couldn't find a better place to get my nails done for such a reasonable price even my pedicures, by mike are nice not to mention its clean inside. I am satisfied with the business always satisfied with the customer service and I made a mistake a few times going somewhere else to get my nails done because kevin was so busy, I won't be doing that again cuz no one does my nails exactly the way I like them except Kevin

I drive an hour and a half each way toQueen because of their price, service and quality. Call me crazy but it's my favorite place!

Very satisfied...can someone suggest a good place for spa treatments?

Obviously the person above is either a disgruntled competitor or is delirious because everytime I go get a manicure and pedicure from this place, the end results are amazing. All of the manicurists are so careful and detailed. They are also very accommodating as well. Not to mention, they have THE CHEAPEST mani and pedi combo in town! I especially love their designs variety! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that wants quality works and affordable prices!

I have never been so disappointed with a nail service in my life... It's been2 days since my mani and pedi (which were very overpriced) and my nails look horrid the polish is chipping and my cuticles are ragged. They were only friendly when trying to acquire my business... Once they had me in the "spa chair" and I told the woman the water was way too hot her response was "it's good for you!" and never adjusted the temp. I guess she decided to be funny by then bringing me a small bowel with ice cold water to soak my hands in for the manicure. I am scheduling another manicure tomorrow to make up for the horrible experience I've had. Needless to say I will NEVER return to Queen nails
