Horrible. This new ownership since late 2019 doesn't care about you or.your dog. Money is the only thing thats important. This is fact. Go some place that loves your pet.

I took my pup Sasha there today for the first time to be groomed and and when they handed her to me she looked fine and I asked how she did and they said she did good. I got home home noticed her right was oozing. I picked her up and my boyfriend looked at it and noticed it was blood. Upon examining her eye we noticed her bottom lid was completely cut and bleeding. I have not called the groomer yet but will be calling in the morning and will not be taking my dog back nor would I recommend them to anyone!

We have a “drama queen” husky who is difficult to groom. The people at Annie’s understand huskies and get their quirks. They take time with the dog and really seem to enjoy what they do. Our boy was handsome and actually giving them kisses when we left! He was exhausted from the excitement but not traumatized or upset. Worth driving 45 minutes. Highly recommend. We will definitely be using them again.

Annie's is the best! We can't say enough great things about them! Our dog, Daisy, will let you know pretty quick if there's something she doesn't like. Before we found Annie's, she had been to other groomers, and after a couple visits she kept trying to get out of their door as soon as we could get her in there. Annie's grooming is perfection, and they don't use those hot dryers that have been known to kill dogs like some other groomers...it's all hands-on...Daisy is always excited to be there! Also, they really try to work with you according to your needs if at all possible...When I had to go to the doctors in Charleston, and put her in for daycare while I would be gone, I didn't always know if I could get back in time to pick Daisy up before they closed, but since it was off-season and they had room, they told me if I couldn't get back in time they would gladly take care of her and I could pick her up the next day. They don't charge for boarding on a 24-hour bases like all the others either. If you take your dog in for boarding at 10 a.m., but don't pick them back up until noon the next day, there's no extra charge. When Daisy stayed there while I was in the Charleston hospital for five weeks, she was, of course, glad to come home, but next time she was still so excited to get back to Annie's to see her friends again! The owners, Jen and John, and their staff are amazing! They love and enjoy your dog almost as much as you do! They love playing with them and loving on them as part of their care! They also have a shaded, and a sunny area for them to play outside! Another awesome thing is Annie's is very affordable! Before we found them, we had been to so many different places that charged a fortune for the visit, plus a lot extra for any special needs such as giving her medicine to her. Annie's considers special needs as getting to know your dog better, one-on-one, no extra charge. They have been taking care of our Daisy for years, and we know when she is there, no matter what she is there for (grooming, boarding, or daycare), she is safe and in caring hands. We will never take her anywhere else, and would highly recommend them to everyone! One word of caution...Because they are so awesome, they book up really fast around the holidays, so if you even THINK you might need them, make your reservation as soon as the thought enters your head. They don't mind cancelling your reservation when you tell them your plans have changed, but if you don't make a reservation, there's no way they can fit you in when they are already solidly booked.

We have a 6 year old Cavaton that had never been boarded until the weekend before Christmas and again the weekend before New Years. Jan and her staff were amazing. She did everything to put our minds at ease. Sure enough when we picked Harley up he was happy but a little sad he had to leave his friends! He came home happy and tired which told us he got to be out playing with the other dogs a lotl They even threw in a complimary bath since it had been raing! They have earned our business for boarding, grooming and doggie day care! Jan and her husband are providing an afforable way to meet your puppies needs without all the bells and whistles that inflate the cost so much, Thank you again for making this anxious mom feel so much better leaving my baby after all these years in your care!

Friends had referred us to Annies. We had boarded our dog and had her groomed during her stay.
When we picked her up, she was having a blast playing with her new friends and her haircut looked adorable! Wonderful-frienldy staff.
I would highly recommend this place for your fur baby.

Annies Grooming Tails, Is one the Finest Grooming Business that we have had our
dog Sasha to. She actually looks Forward to going to her spa for the day.... And when
she is all groomed she lets everyone know that she feels and looks so Beautiful!!! The staff are all very good and take good care of your fur baby... As soon as we turn into the parking lot of Annies Grooming Tails she knows she is at her SPA.... Thank you all for being so good to our Sasha and being a great Staff to work with....

Visiting the area for a week from Oneida County, New York. We were very apprehensive about daycare having never used it before but we took a chance with daycare and grooming at Annies with our six-month-old schnauzer Oliver. We had such a good experience there we would not hesitate to return. From the second day Oliver was pulling at his leash towards the entrance when we arrived in the morning and he passed out as soon as he was in the car for the ride back to the condo in the afternoon. The staff was friendly and attentive; the grooming was superb and the areas of the facility that we could see were impressive and clean.

Five stars is not enough. Our vacation was great because of Jen and her staff. Bentley, our toy poodle enjoyed the daycare and we were at peace with leaving him in Jen's care. The establishment was very clean and organized. We will definitely be using them in the future. Love this place!!

Love, Love, Love these guys. They made our vacation perfect. We dropped our baby off and she was cleaned and groomed and spoiled. Every day we would pick her up for a day on the beach. Hello, We are the Wilson's from Keyser, WV. Took our 10 month old Choc Lab, Mountie, with us to the beach. Just could not leave him home. His stay at Annie`s was just GREAT! They took tremendous care of him which we truly appreciated. We would pick him up and return him any time during business hours. This was great because Mountie loved the bark park which was only minutes away. We could tell he was in good care and Annie`s was a popular place for pets at Surfside Beach. Would recommend Annie`s to all pet loving owners!!

Love this place! My rottweiler puppy was super shy when i first brought him in but now he can't wait to go! They are so loving and caring to the animals, they are the best daycare/grooming in the Myrtle Beach area.

Brought my dog Bodhi there for the first time this year based on a recommendation. Bodhi boarded at Annie's for 2 weeks. From the moment we walked in the door, the owners greeted us in the lobby and John immediately started playing tennis ball with Bodhi, his favorite toy! I was very comfortable leaving my dog in their care, especially knowing that he wasn't sitting in a kennel all day! Additionally, the boarding rates are super reasonable. I will absolutely board with Annie's Grooming Tails in the future.

Beach once or twice a year from Vermont and feel very fortunate to have found Annie's to board and groom our West Highland Terrier, Duncan, when we are visiting. Owners, John and Jen , are very friendly, accommodating and just plain very nice people and we feel very good about leaving our pet in their care. Duncan actually looks happy to be there when we board him. We would highly recommend Annie's to anybody.

Annie's is by far the best grooming place for your pets in Myrtle Beach/Surfside! Me and my husband moved from New York two years ago and we started taking our pets to be groomed at Banfield . My husband and I were less than satisfied with their services. We found this Gem about five months ago. We will now never use any other grooming place besides Annie's. Not only are they The friendliest staff ever but their love and devotion to these animals really shows. It's such a comforting feeling knowing when we drop our pups off that they are in good hands. Joe & Jenn are the owners and they could not be nicer ! It's always a pleasure to see them ! I also could not believe when I had referred my mother to go there with her pups and she's from New York City and said that in all her years of having dogs she is never seen facility like Annies ! My mother is disabled and it's hard for her to get around when the owner offered to pick up my mom's dogs since she is handicapped and take them home I was overwhelmed with shock! Who does this? I'll tell you who the wonderful owners of Annie's grooming Tails! Not only do they do a fantastic job Annie's they are very reasonable with their prices! I recently moved here from Texas and took my older corgi for a grooming and a trim. They accommodated me in bringing her in early and it only took a couple of hours. My Molly is very sensitive, but she seemed to really enjoy the experience and the attention that she received. I was impressed with the friendly and caring staff!

I THINK ANNIES IS THE GREATEST BOARDING AND DAYCARE FOR DOGS IN MYRTLE BEACH, THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, HONEST AND VERY FRIENDLY, I WOULD TAKE MY DOG NO OTHER PLACE, JOHN AND JEN KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, THEY TREAT YOUR DOG LIKE ONE OF THEIR OWN FAMILY MEMBERS, FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH TO RATE THIS PLACE.

This place is absolutely wonderful! They take such great care of our puppy and make sure she is good and socialized while she waits for us to pick her up. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a personal experience at their groomers :) Great people, great work! - Melissa Schaeffer
