Has anyone else had trouble with this association? I have always donated to salvation army in the past, but I have experienced some financial difficulties through the winter. I am going to college to try to improve my families situation but still have a few months to go. I filled out papers for assistance on my utility bill (over 1,000.00 now!) was approved but never paid. Now I'm being told the funds are gone. What happened to them?
