My husband paid 100.00 for me to get my car detailed for Mother's Day and they broke my radio/ cd display. as soon as I got in the car I noticed it,and when I called back the lady said that her wash guy said that it was a "water spot" then when I said it was not a water spot she said it was a "hair line" crack!!! when her son came out and looked at it he said that maybe they "had sprayed' something on there to clean it, biut it was the cars fault that it dripped down in the display! and then the lady came out and started argueing with me and reached over and grabbed my arm!

i recieved a free carwash in a company giveaway and it was only covered by an extreme offer only valid thing, and they wouldn't honor it unless i spent more money. i mean whats the what the big deal its just a car wash

Car wash rip off

I forgot my wallet in the car. The wife had taken the car in for washing not knowing the wallet was there. When I retrived the wallet the when she got back home it was empty of all cash. $78.00 in all. An expensive car wash to say the least. It could have been worse however, they could have taken the whole wallet.

Wilk's scratched the hood of our 5 month old Black Volkswagon CC. Took it back the next day they apologized and tried to buff it out. After vacation in Dec and business trips in January I wasn't satisfied with the results and took it back so they could try again. The owner, Ms Wilkerson, came out and said we didn't scratch your car; we don't scratch cars. I tried to explain what happened and she said it's a black car; they show everything, we are not going to fix your car; we didn't scratch it. She would not even look at the car and turned around walking back inside ending the conversation. Wilk's was the only car wash that has touched our car. Ms Wilkerson dispayed the worst character I have seen for an owner of a business that deals with people. Completely defensive; no customer service.

No stars!!! This place is the worst place to get your car done! They damaged my radio display and then refused to fix it! Then when I complained the lady grabbed me by arm! I will never ever go back! I am a 58 year old grandmother and have never been treated so bad!!!!!
