I am a mechanic myself and I don't always have the time and desire to work on my own vehicles. Jason and Troy at Carroll's in Sulphur are the only ones I trust my baby too. They are fairly priced, and they work fast. I always feel like a valued customer when I am there. Troys knowledge of vehicles is top notch and I highly recommend this shop. I have never been disappointed in their integrity and expertise.

I found the owner to be a crook and a liar. I was charged for a service without my prior approval and the verbal quote I was given for work was not upheld. Now I see why they require payment by debit or credit card, you either pay them what they charge or they keep your vehicle. I am a woman and a senior citizen and the owner screamed and cursed me when I told him he needed to honor or verbal agreement. He then told me never to bring my car back to him. He must be joking if he thinks I would come to his shop for any other reason than to punch him in his rude, vulgar mouth. I have filed a complaint against him with the Better Business Bureau. Never do business with this man or his garage. He is no better than a common thief.
