Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The main man, Jay, is rude, degrading, disrespectful and hurtful. He has no regard for other people and only cares about himself. Screamed and yelled at me over the phone twice. Became revengeful and didnt show up for an appointment with me out of spite. The rudest and biggest a-hole I have ever encountered.

I had been waiting almost 3 weeks (too long) for my appliance guy to come out and repair my washer after he came out to determine what the problem was. After texting with him over the last couple of weeks, I decided to look for a new appliance repair person. Upon opening my little Verizon Yellow Pages, I saw Jay's Appliance and the nice ad with a picture of he and his family. I submitted my problem online, he called me the next day and came out that afternoon. Quickly determined what the problem was, and was back the next day and repaired my washer! It is working wonderfully! Thank you Jay! I wish I had called you earlier but you will now be my appliance repairman and will definitely recommend you to my friends and colleagues. As a Military Wife I have to learn by trial and error everytime we move who you can trust in business. Every dollar and minute count to our family. I called Jay for a broken Dryer and Garbarge Disposal. It took him a few days to get to us, but it was worth the wait. Not only was he very curteous he was quick and friendly. He was done with both appliances in less than and hour and charged us a reasonable price. I will definately be saving his number! Thanks so much Jay and thank you for being so kind to my son. Boy do I have good news for anybody needing an appliance repaired! My refrigerator died and naturally I was stressed out needing it to work to save all my food! I called Jay's Appliance having not ever heard of him and really needing someone I can rely on and I certainly did not want to be overcharged! Well friends, let me tell you, I am SO very glad I called Jay. Like most people I am desperate to know a repair company that is trustworthy and honest and skilled! A honest repair service is GOLDEN!!! And Jay's company is all that and more. He arrived at my house right on time--unheard of! I was immediately struck by his very friendly personality and genuine politeness. He repaired my refrigerator in less than an hour, very thoroughly cleaned up and gave me a price quote that he met to the penny! Jay is one of the best around! In 30 minutes after two weeks of losing food in our fridge and another man( Mike's appliances) being at my house, Jay had it fixed and was out the door. No mess like the last guy, no load of towels from water all over the floor! This is the second time we have had Jay come to our house, and he is reliable, friendly, knowledgable, and most of all HONEST! I don't mind paying for something that is done right I do mind being ripped off by Mike last week! Thanks for fixing our fridge and allowing me to keep my business local!

Excellent service! very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly with my fridge. He had the part and fixed it. He even gave me some time to clean up behind the fridge since he had it pulled out while he got my ticket together. I will definitely recommend him and use them again.

August 16, 2011 I called Jay's Appliance after reading his positive reviews and noticing that he was located in my city, Suffolk. I had a problem with my microwave and he was out the next morning to diagnose my problem. He did not have the part on his truck but he quickly got the part and returned the next day to repair my microwave. While at my home, he also repaired a faulty part on my washer that I had put off for months. All this was done for very reasonable costs. He kept me informed and called to make an appointment after the part was secured. Jay was always there when he said he would be and was very personable.
