      Donald B Mark, Esquire graduated Rutgers University with high honors and then went on to study law at Temple University in Pennsylvania. He was admitted to the bar in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Mark is also a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Mark has been practicing law for over 29 years and has extensive experience in eldar law, Medicaid,OAL hearings and appellate work. Mr Mark concentrates his practice on elder law. He has been a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys for over 20 years and presents seminars on elder law issues to groups and clubs through out the South Jersey area. Mr. Mark co-authored a book on elder law and has provided lectures on the subject of elder law through the National Business Institute and the Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Mark has been Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the ABA approved National Elder Law Foundation. At the present time, there are approximately 400 attorneys in the entire country that are Certified Elder Law Attorneys, and only 37 in New Jersey. Mr. Mark has appeared on television to discuss elder law issues. He was a guest on Legal Line for WPSJ-TV on channel 8. Mr. Mark has written numerous articles for the Courier Post, Gloucester County Times and other newspapers. Mr. Mark was selected as a Top Elder Law Attorney by the South Jersey Magazine. Mr. Mark is a member of the Elder Law section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
