This store is great for a one time completely furnish your entire house trip, thats what i did with my apartment. And its a great price too. I love it.

Ikea has great prices and they do keep the prices low because you do pretty much serve yourself. But if you want to do the extra work to save money this is the place for you. If you do not have initiative of your own then you should not shop here. They're return policies are beyond strict so make sure you never loose a receipt. I've spent thousands here and have gone back many times so I can get around and everything I need pretty easily. But the first few times I went I was overwhelmed and for a first time - once only shopper this might not be the place for you. If you have constant purchases and needs then you can save some really good money and find some incredibly innovative products here for next to nothing. With patience and initiative this place really is a good find.

I don't know whether it's just the imcompetence of the new staff in Stoughton, or if all the stores are this way, but I will never shop here again. I have been repeatedly promised things and repeatedly lied to. The customer service is absolutely atrocious at this place.I have spent way too many hours now dealing with customer service in person and on the phone to get refunds for overcharges and actually arrange to get everything we bought. I have been repeatedly lied to and assured my stuff would arrive the next day only to call back and find no one has actually done anything. This has gone on for weeks.The prices are low because they are very much into self-service. My experience says service is not part of the philosophy at all. And don't count on anyone at the store knowing what they are talking about or telling you anything truthful.Buyer beware!
