5 stars to Kyle's!!! Son rear ended someone on I-81 coming home for fall break from Va Tech. Bumper was pushed into tire was only thing keeping it form being driveable. Mike from Kyle's came out, wrapped a strap around bumper and pulled it out with winch. He then blessed us and went on his way. He very easily could have just thrown the vehicle on rollback, and towed it somewhere and charged us full fair. Mike and Kyle's Towing has helped restore my faith in humanity. Thank you Mike and Kyle's!!!

Today after my roadside assistance would come get me off the side of interstate,Doug came and got me. Apparently everyone was having tire issues due to an accident the night before at mile marker 222. Doug was great. He helped me and my daughter so much and got us back on the road safe and soundly. Thanks so much Doug for all ur help! If ur in this area and need HELP call and ask for Doug to come to ur rescue. He got me going again, so I know if he can help two crazy chicks from TN, he can help anyone!!! Thanks for ur time effort and assistance!!!! GREAT JOB!!!!!

Waited two hours and paid $185 for a 25 mile tow.
Was not happy about that kind of a ripoff.
Would not recommend to anyone.

In response to HB's review,the manager of Kyles Towing tried to contact you twice about this matter and you never returned his phone calls.We apologized for the mix up on our behalf several times.

They lost my ticket and then randomly charged my card $85 four months later without so much as a heads up or apology. I had to call several times over the course of two weeks to even speak to someone about this, and all they could do was say Well, this happens sometimes. Terrible customer service. The shop they recommended I take my car to was a nightmare, and I ended up paying for ANOTHER tow to user another service shop. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of other places to call that will provide much better service and knowledge about cars.
