My wife and I made an appointment for an introductory class to see if it was something that we wanted to do prior to our wedding day. We went about 2 months before our wedding date and we weren't 100% sure if it was something we wanted to continue with. The first half of the session was great. The instructor, Kelly Gilmore, was very patient (my wife and I are not the greatest dancers) and we were actually enjoying our class. Half way through the class he asked us if it was something that we wanted to continue with and insisted that we make future appointments. Between the both of us working and getting home late at night, and with the wedding around the corner we had so many last minute appointments and things to do we explained that we couldn't commit at that exact moment, but we would definitely try to work it into the busy schedule. We really enjoyed it and we both wanted to continue. He did not appreciate our response and his attitude complete changed. He became rude and nasty and explained that he doesn't have time to spend on people who aren't interested and then proceeded to say that he has plenty of other people that wouldn't waste his time with just taking the introductory class. Then he walked away and said "just keep practicing what we we've been going through". He had no interest continuing with the lesson we had paid for. If his attitude was more pleasant then we probably would have done what we had to do to work the class into our schedule. I would not suggest this to anyone. Kelly Gilmore, if you're reading this review, I truly hope you can learn from your mistake and hopefully you can be a little more pleasant in the future. It will help your customers actually enjoy the class and want to register for future classes. But going from my experience, I would give you a grade of F-.
