Installed a Gas Unit (Peterson) in my existing wood burning fireplace in 2007, Sure they were fast to set it up & with 6 little logs... The gas pilot light would keep going out, as well as the logs, They came back & re-positioned the remote because it wqas overheating. OK so this year now only 2 yrs old & $1500.00 later it kept going out after every 5 min. I called for a service call & was told by Joe the service call was $215.00 for Labor, Plus the parts that were going to have to be replaced!!! Terrible!! A SERVICE CALL FOR $215, people don't make that in a entire day of hard work. Very Dissapointed!!! would never recommend them again, they don't stand behind their product one bit...I can understand a service call, but not for that amount of money...

Excellent craftsmen, beautiful work. The custom TV wall unit and fireplace mantel came out better than we expected. We get compliments from everyone and it really made our living room the most popular room in the house. If we move I want the exact same thing in the next house. We're even thinking about having them put a fireplace in our bedroom. I Can't say enough about this company. Professional, couteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this family business.

My first experience with them was not a good one at all, not very professional at all. They were not able to keep my first appointment, canceled at the end of the day. After I waited the full window. They didn't seem to care. That's the way it is was there response. I did set up a second appointment, I will say the person who came was professional and polite. He was not one of the original two i dealt with earlier.
