A developmental disability is a condition that is generally attributed to intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, neurological impairment or autism. With the guidance and support offered at AVSP, people of all ages find opportunities to achieve independence & self-fulfillment. NY residency is required to utilize our supports and services.
