Under new ownership!! No more being rushed or half hearted jobs at last!

I felt rushed as soon as I walked through the door. I understand that State College is a busy town but when I'm paying $120 to get highlights, I would like to feel like the stylist is thorough! My highlights came out very uneven and over processed. When I blow dry my own hair, it comes out very silky and shiny. But they rushed the finish so much, the back of my head was still damp and my hair was frizzy and felt coarse! I've been getting my hair done for years and I've never felt it like that before! As I was paying, I reached the back of my head to feel it and I mentioned to the woman, "My hair is still wet" and she looked it over and said, "Oh, it's sunny out! It'll dry!" Wow, I'm never going back.

I have been going to Jessica for over a year now. She is excellent hair stylist, pays attention to detail, has a wonderful personality, and you leave feeling better about yourself and life in general. All of the staff are very courteous and welcoming and the Salon is neat and clean. The rates are great and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone there.

I went to this salon some time ago. Although the prices are low, they do not seem to take a lot of time to do the waxing. My bikini line wasn't symmetrical, so I had to re-do it at home...Not a recommendation...
