Pros: great doctors who are very knowledgeable and considerate and take the time to fully address any concerns Cons: front desk can be unorganized and the brand selection of frames is limited and overpriced

Doctor Castaldi is wonderful. The attitude at the front desk is abominable. The women working the front desk are very rude, except for the African-American one. She is very sweet. They make me consider going elsewhere..

These guys have been providing svce 10+ yrs and are very courteous, capable and knowledgeable. They always answer my questions completely and politely. I really like them and have been a customer for 8 yrs.

I have been using Vision Consultants for the past 28 years & I never had an issue with them until now, 3/2011 ordered lens and was told they would be in in couple of days and found out they were never ordered. I am now waiting over 3 weeks for lens.

Very rude. People who work in the front desk are not professionals. They do not know how to keep records. But the worst thing is the service. If you are looking for a new pair of glasses, you have to go to Stamford mall

Way overpriced and rude! Kept me waiting forever for the appointment. Spent $600 on exam and new lenses. Charged me $110 for a new earpiece (which never matched the old one) and when it broke 7 months later... charged another $60 on top of that! -C.... (More)
