I go here because I have Medicare and my choices are limited. At one time when the clinic was at Stamford Hospital I received very good care and was treated with respect. Now it is a new experience every visit and very few are good! My last visit 11/14/2011, I was forced to sit in one of their exam rooms with both of my bad hips stuffed in a tiny little chair for 2 hours before an intern stopped by and asked me a half dozen questions before leaving me there another 1/2 hour waiting for my primary care physician, Kristen Hohman, that never bothered showing her face. Her only concern was to get her paper work done so she could get herself out the door. Although I was there to get cleared for hip surgery, I was of no concern to her. It's a rare occasion that she will return a phone call. If I'm extremely lucky another doctor, nurse, or even the front desk secretary will call me back.
