Very pleased that the staff called back to check on our child, then ask us to return for re-evaluation. We wish the 48 hour treatment limit hadn't already passed, but we are human and all make mistakes. The physician on this second visit was, without a doubt, the BEST and most knowledgable physician we've ever met in urgent care or private practice. He listened to our concerns and although it was now too late to treat our child for influenza, we are pleased that this wonderful doctor took the time to explain, educate and TEST. Now we have a confirmed diagnosis and proper education about this virus, therefore we can protect others from being infected. After all this, we hope the mistake of one staff member has shown the entire team, the importance of taking the time to LISTEN to the patient/parents concerns and the details of a patients complaints. Every staff member showed their concern and apologized for the mistakes made during our first visit. This shows us that CareSpot takes responsibility and provides quality medical care with great integrity. We will not forget this amazing experience. Thank you!
