park is first class. Owner hospitality during our stay was great cant wait to get back there soon

We were headed to Lubbock, Tx from Oklahoma & found no rv parks west of Seymour until we finally found this one. Nothing fancy but really nice people. There was plenty of room for our 34 ft motorhome & 18 ft trailer. The site was a grassy, fairly level and spacious pull through w 30 & 50 amp service. Full hookups. There are only small trees that provide no shade. No picnic tables, grills or anything else.Sites are basically a blank slate except for the hookups. A little pricey at $30.00 but it was only a one night stay so it wasn't an issue. No cable but they do have a laundry. Office is in the house up front & if they aren't there they have a box & forms on the front porch that enables you to self check in and pay.
