What a great company! Always on time and ready to help when needed. Internet is fast, office staff is always very nice! Love this service!

I run an internet business from my home in Springport. I constantly use the net, and watch and upload videos for my users.



Thing is, its IMPOSSIBLE to do because Springcom keeps throttling my internet.

Making my speed go from 59MB/S to 10MB/S.



THIS IS ILLEGAL and springcom thinks i wont notice. WRONG. I will be cancelling my service and switching to the verizon service for LESS money if this dont stop.



So no, I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Worst internet of all time. I dont care what anyone in that filthy savage town says.

I pay 59.99 for high speed "unlimited" internet.



Funny, because at around 5PM, 8PM and 1AM my internet turns painfully slow.

Its supposed to go way faster. This is constant, ONLY at those times.



Next, springcom dont think ill notice, but i have. ALWAYS at 4:00AM, the internet mysteriously goes down for around 30 Minutes. This is also constant.



None of this is my end. All my stuff works fine.



Also, whenever they have a problem they always use the same bogus excuse of "There is a fibor cut!". LIES!

If this is true, HIRE employees who know what they are doing so they dont cut fibors. And when this happens, you lie and say you need to wait a few days for a part to arrive. Yea sure. Why dont you just keep backups? Have extra parts handy.



Oh god. I cant wait till the town becomes classed as a city ones population gets higher so the "Circle" in springport can be gone and the town get judged by the County, so that so much can change. naimly so Springcom is not grandfathered in so we can get comcast. Its only a matter of time.
