On my way to the hospital for surgery, on 3 Aug 2011, I had the window on the drivers side and the windshield crack and shatter. Safelite replaced both of them in less time than they originally quoted. Safelite worked with my family and I to have the car serviced in their garage due to it raining, drove my family to the hospital in order that we make the surgery appointment time schedule and delivered the repaired car back to the hospital. They never flinched nor hesitated. They remained steadfastly professional and went out of their way to get my family and I to our surgery on time. I recommend there services to anyone needing this type of service. The office I used is located at 1462 N National Ave in Springfield.
