Worst customer service ever. They are not honest about data usage and say that you are probably being hacked. Horrible.

Everytime it rains service goes out

I have had internet service with Mediacom for just over 1 yr! Service has been stable! I dont like the price going up 10 us a year! I am satisfied with the service and down time has not happen very often!

All I had with them was Internet Service. I never had a problem. Good Service.

When you finally leave this company, which you will after years of terrible service, make sure you straighten out any phantom hardware listed on your account before you leave them. They will charge you for duplicate equipment they say you had 5 years ago or more. And once you cancel your account, they have NO INTEREST in verifying this information.

I don't care for them..too much drama. They never show up on time, when they do show up they say its too cold to do the job. Since I went with them I have had so many problems with my internet and cable..lagging and going out for days at a time. Then they charge you for the house call! I will never go through mediacom again. On Christmas day the internet came went..kids were unhappy!
