Every time I go there, it's at least 2 1/2 hours just for the appointment, a regular yearly exam! (More) Every time I go there, it's at least 2 1/2 hours just for the appointment, a regular yearly exam! They are friendly there, except the Dr., depending on who you get may not explain enough things in detail. Now, their in-house eye glass store is extreamly slow as well. I waited for 20 minutes, while staring at the lady who works there who was helping another customer, who had rowdy kids. Not once did she say, "I'll be with you in a minute." , or tell me that someone else would help me or even look at me! So after 20 min. I went to the Dr.'s side and asked if anyone else was working in the eye glass place. Their response? "No, she'll be with you soon." So I go back over to the eye glass section and wait another 15 minutes. So, 35 minutes later, I finally get service (and it was just to get my glasses adjusted), which only took 2 minutes. So, my last visit was over 3 hrs in the middle of my work day, after they told me it would only be 1 hr. I'm never going back there again!  (Hide)

i have always had great service at that co. and my entire family goes to them as well. none of our exams took longer than 45 minutes. and they have two to three staff members on the eyeglass side at all times. so you do not know what you are... (More) i have always had great service at that co. and my entire family goes to them as well. none of our exams took longer than 45 minutes. and they have two to three staff members on the eyeglass side at all times. so you do not know what you are talking about. twenty years my family has gone to them, and we will continue to do so...i do not believe the other person who wrote a review.sasha  (Hide)

The staff is very efficient and caring, Dr. Dana is very nice, takes his time, lets you ask all the questions you want and gives detailed explanations. They are also very good with special needs patients.
