Have been a loyal customer for 3 or 4 yrs now. No complaints at all. Beautiful , nice , hardworking employees make the trip to Sundown Tan well worth the drive. Would recommend this business to everyone possible.

I would never recommend this tanning salon. There outdated, overpriced, and overall a bad experience.

I have been tanning for years and have never gotten color like the color I get from SunDown's beds! They have amazing deals all the time and have lotions very reasonably priced! The new mystic tan HD is AMAZING. I was so afraid to try it but im SO glad I did I do it once a week now and the color is amazing! Its natural looking color, lasts a week, and a really easy process the machine talks to you! Sundown also has the nicest staff and cleanest salon that I have ever been to. If your looking for good deals on tanning and a good quality tan I would highly recommend this salon to you! They have a lot of new client specials too :)

BEDS ARE AWESOME, FREINDLY STAFF, CLEAN ATMOSPHERE, THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS! THE NEW MYSTIC TAN IS ABSOLUTLEY WONDERFUL! I HAVE NEVER DONE A SPRAY TAN AND DID THIS ONE IT WAS AMAZING NO STREAKS, HEATED SOLUTION, MAACHINE TALKS TO YOU AND TELLS YOU WHAT TO DO, AND I WAS REALLY DARK WITHIN AN HOUR! I WOULD DEFFINATLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO EVERYONE! THEY ALSO HAVE 1/2 PRICE TANNING SESSIONS ON SUNDAY AND THURSDAY. AND ALWAYS HAVE AWESOME DISCOUNTS ON LOTIONS AND MINUTES

The girls at this tanning salon are very friendly. Their always willing to spend their time with you. Ive never had to wait for a bed. They make you feel at home and have gotten to know me by first name basis. Their salon is also the cleanest salon I've ever been to before here. At my previous salon I burned badly and they never told me about new bulbs here they tell me everytime and are VERY helpful ! I would recomend this salon to anyone!

So, it's black Friday, this place is advertising Black Friday specials with hours listed as 8A.M. to 6:30 pm. . Well, it's Friday 9:45 A.M. but the place is out of business. No ne answers the phone. I came in from out of town (1/2 hour drive) only to find out that they're out of business! Sadly, there were three other persons waiting to buy gift certs, all of whom were suprised and quite dissappointed to learn that the place is out of business with no advance warning, just shuttered.Suppose that as customers that have paid in advance, we are technically creditors and should be listed as such on bankruptcy filings.If the place is still in business, it's really an incompetent way to manage the place. Independently wealthy so it doesn't matter??

I have been to a number of salons all over town and I have never gotten any color from them! When I tanned at Sundown i noticed color right when i walked out of the salon!

The staff was very helpful, they spent a great amount of time with me to go over each bed and lotions. I went to other salons before and the girls were very rude and unhelpful this salon actully took the time to make me feel comfortable. At one time i left my tiffanys necklace in the room and before i had even realized it the girls had called me back to tell me that I had left my jewerly there, ive heard of other salons stealing girls jewerly i wont use any other salon in town!

Always very helpful and nice! Never have to wait for beds! Beds always available even in busy season!

I always see the staff cleaning when i come into tan! Very Very Very clean salon!

Disappointing regarding service, customer satisfaction and hygiene.

What they don't tell you is that they will hold a bed or booth for someone who isn't even in the building. They let people sign in and then go shopping or run errands, holding their place in line and making you wait, even though there are no other customers waiting. It is clean, but don't be in a hurry when you go there. I called the owner to complain and ask for a refund for the minutes remaining on my account and she said that wasn't going to happen. I asked what results a complaint to the Better Business Bureau would have and she said to go ahead with it and that they wouldn't do anything. Then she said she was finished talking to me and hung up before I could respond. I wish they had told me about this practice. I don't mind waiting for someone to finish tanning, but I don't want to wait for someone who isn't even there. That is not my idea of a walk-in service.
