I did like thier being a small family owned business. That can't excuse their attitude or rudeness.
Staff are very rude! They assume everyone should know about the trash business. I left 10 bags of trash out for... (More) Staff are very rude! They assume everyone should know about the trash business. I left 10 bags of trash out for pickup after cleaning garage, I was not aware of stickers for bags I assumed by placing the bags out with the normal trash they would pickup and bill me the extra. No they left all the bags setting out in the rain. When I called they said I had to have stickers or should have called earlier. When I explained I didn't know about the stickers they didn't care. They tried to charge me and extra $30.00 to have the truck stop by and pickup the trash. Then they said my 60 gallon can was too big! I have service for 2 32 gal cans. Getting trashed p apparently is getting very complicated... Anyway by questioning the fees and their concern about my large can, they began to get rude and yell... I cancelled my service and went with a company I pay a little more for but maybe the trash issue won't be so complicated.  (Hide)
