(More) I hired New Image 2x between mid 2006 + 2007...both commercial projects. Co. may be in flux- 1st experience excellent but 2nd experience a disaster. Reliability is always enhanced with any contractor when exact scope of work, payment terms, description of preperation work (75% of typ. high quality repainting jobs), schedule specifics are all crystal clear. That means IN WRITING.Verbal committments are worthless. Ask this contractor to pen a short description of his last 6 completed jobs (in order of start date), $ amounts, locations and contact info. Ask for the same info on all jobs presently in progress. Call all contacts-ask typical ?'s but ask about every other job they're aware of this contractor did when their job was in progress. If you find a customer who should've been on the list but was purposefully left off- do not hire this contractor (or any similiar contractor).They're hiding bad jobs from you- all contractors have some bad jobs but only the bad contractors hide them.  (Hide)
