I have a handicap plackard which allows me to park in a handicap spot. Almost everytime I go into the store, cars without handicap stickers are parked in the handicap spots and myself and other people with handicap plakards are forced to park in other areas usually quite away from the door while young people and others are abusing the handicap parking. I have bought this to the attention of the managers on numerous occasions. Today there was a police car parked in front of the Kroger store and the police officer was on his cell phone when I went into the store and when I came out. No one ever gets a ticket for parking in these spaces when they don't have the plackard or a handicap license plate. I know Kroger doesn't want to have their customers ticketed but this is wrong. Mangement doesn't seem to care. If another store opens in this area, I will take my shopping elsewhere. (Hide)
