Each of our locations has several features that maximize security and convenience for our tenants. All our units are individually alarmed with a pass code you create. The units are constantly monitored and recorded by our color cameras. Our Houston / Inner Loop location has 95 color cameras that record every day. Our Spring location has 48 color cameras and our Cypress location has 36 color cameras ( but to be increased when the facility is expanded ). Each facility has an on-site resident manager, as well as extended gate and office hours. As an extra convenience, each of our facilities was built with extra-wide covered driveways, large enough for two 18-wheelers to pass at the same time, which is great for tenants moving in after or planning a long-distance move. All Climate-controlled units can be accessed from the covered driveway to help shield our tenants from the elements and not prolong their moving and storing process. The covered driveways provide shade and some protection from the rain. Community Self Storage provides truck and trailer rentals to assist with the moving and storing process. Our Spring and Houston/Inner Loop location offers U-HAUL rentals and our Cypress location offer Penske rentals. We have a large variety of sizes of both new and recycled boxes, wardrobe boxes, dish pack kits, packing materials, bubble wrap, mattress bags, tape, rope and tie-down materials. Our box prices are consistently lower than competitors that you might find in the local market place.
