Above and beyond w the short notice delivery

I received flowers on Mothers Day from my daughters. They used this florist. The arrangement I received was the ugliest arrangement I have ever received. I got 12 wilted tulips ( I was supposed to get 20 fresh ones), 12 irises that towered over the rest of the arrangement, and tons and tons of greenery. All of this looked like the florist just take everything and shoved it into the vase. My daughters definitely did not get their money's worth. I would think twice before using this florist.
