DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! Sold and installed damaged and defective flooring and trim products. Refusing to fix job or refund our money. January 8th, Randy Overall came and gave an estimate for flooring in 6 rooms . January 31, 2019, we contracted to install approx 828 sq.ft of Shaw Navigator 0425V color #715 floating vinyl flooring through 5 rooms. And 18 sq.ft of Shaw Pace Setter #E0527 color #00511 carpet in 1 bedroom. With another 226 linear feet of quarter round to finish off the vinyl flooring. Feb.2,2019 we paid deposit of $3527.00 leaving a balance of $1973.00 to be paid at completion. First, the installer was to come to the home to do the rip out of the old carpet and did not show up for two days after he was scheduled. Then the installer was to drop of the materials so they could acclimate (mandatory per the manufacturer), which he did not do either. Then when the installation was complete to the installer(s) standard, we went to the home to check things over.Only to find that the carpet was sticking up at the thresh hold and hadn't been turned under so you could see under the new carpet. Furthermore, the new vinyl planks are not sitting flush and are sticking up, large bubbles in the planks it self and a crack running the width the plank. The quarter round was not nailed down at all in large sections and was chipped, cracked and split by nails and bad cuts in others. We informed Naturecoast in many phone calls, emails and pictures which I can provide. They filed claim #478914 with Shaw Flooring. 3/1/19 a third-party inspector -James Williams came out to look at the flooring job. the inspector was kind enough to impart to us that not only was there major defects in the vinyl plank manufacturing but also in the prep and installation of the vinyl plank and the carpet. The final report states that the floor will not be covered under the warranty do to the installer not preparing the flooring as needed. We asked Naturecoast numerous times to come out and look at the problems, but they ignored us and did not respond or come out. We sent them many pictures as well as the third-party inspector took pictures of the installation and the damaged material and they still ignored us and did nothing. 2 months later, Randy Overall hung up on me after I finally got him on the phone, when I said I should not have to deal with the manufacturer directly and wanted the flooring that I paid for. They sent out a third-party inspector and then never said what would happen after that. We sent a registered letter 3/15/19. On March 20th, 2019, Lynn @ Naturecoast finally responded by email stating they had reordered all new vinyl plank. They did not know when it would arrive and the installers had been fired. On 4/1/19 (2 weeks later) I emailed to ask when we could have the flooring re-installed and the carpet still had to be fixed and they never responded. On 4/11/19 I emailed them again asking for a date of installation and to fix the carpet, they never responded. On 4/23/19 I emailed them AGAIN. And they never responded. It is been 82 DAYS! As the home is vacant and we have people we need to get moved in we have tried repeatedly to get them to do or even suggest any kind of resolution to no avail. This needs to be resolved. I should not have to pay for damaged product and defective installation. We are not being unreasonable in any way for wanting undamaged product and a proper installation. I paid $3527.00 as the deposit. Naturecoast obviously has ripped me off, sold me damaged flooring, horrible installation and has had to do NOTHING to stand by the contract. It is now May 21st, 2019 and no one has called, emailed, mailed, faxed or personally contacted us in anyway to fix their major mess up! 141 days since we signed the contract. Sadly, we are repeat customers. We used Naturecoast for similar flooring at our business and had no problems. It makes this all the worse for how we are being treated now.

Poor project control. Some days they would show up, some days not. Kitchen cabinets installed three times and they never got it right. Tile guy shows and installs kitchen cabinets? First mistake. Almost burned porch down by leaving smoldering sawdust on floor. Quote one price try to bill higher. Made changes without consulting client. Not proffesional.

26 March 2009I just can?t believe they made a mistake (AS PER PHONE CALL) in over charging claiming fat fingers and it has been done several times from what his wife says, hitting a zero. I am over charged more than 4 thousand for a less than a perfect job. You would think if Nature Coast Flooring knows it makes these mistakes all the time that they would look at what is entered before hitting the send key and charging an account. It was more than 30 days from the transaction to when I seen my statement. It does not make sense that this amount of money has gone unnoticed in Nature Coast Flooring?s account. I personally think this is a case of fraud. My total contract was for $1052.15. I paid down $600.00 with a check as requested before the work started and submitted a credit card for the balance of $452.15 when the work was done. My statement showed they charged $4520.15. The company was supposed to credit me this past Monday and they did not.
