ISLAND SUN IS A VERY CLEAN, UPSCALE TANNING SALON. I BOUGHT AN UNLIMITED BASIC PACKAGE AND THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT ABOUT SCHEDULING MY APPOINTMENTS OR MOVING THEM TO ANOTHER TIME OR DATE WHEN I NEEDED THEM TO. THE BEDS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE BULBS SEEM TO BE CHANGED FREQUENTLY AS I HAVE HAD GREAT RESULTS EACH TAN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON.

The ultrabronz is incredible, you see color after the first tan, employees are always very friendly and helpful. They always change there bulbs on time and are willing to show hour readings on bulbs at any given time. 5 stars highly recommended.

Island Sun is clean and the staff is friendly. However, I am very unhappy with their tanning beds. They charge a premium price and I highly suspect they are not replacing the bulbs as they should. I bought my daughter and I both unlimited tanning for a month; neither one of us got color as we should, actually almost no color at all. I know of another girl that tans at Island Sun and I always thought it odd that she really didn't appear very tan. I have tanned for years at other places and never experienced this. I expressed my concern with the desk staff and they just kind of blew me off with no offer to apease me. I left a message for the owner 2 days ago and have yet to receive a call back. I only give them 2 stars for the cleanliness which seems a little pointless; It doesn't matter how well they present, you really should get a tan when that's what you're paying for. Lack of customer service and follow through when filing a complaint is a big red flag.

one of the best places i have ever been too. I lived in the Seattle-Tacoma area for over 15 years, and Island Sun is better than any I have used anywhere. The beds are fantastic, I love the standup the most. The place is always clean and the staff is great. I recomend it to everyone I know and meet that tan!
