yeah this place is so un organized. don't ever try to do a deferred their. they will hold your treatment plan for ransom so the case never gets finished. save your self some heart ache and go else where.. Every treatment facility in town can tell you a few adept storys

I started the process of seeking sobriety nearly 1 month ago. Realizing I was going to need some help, I went to ADEPT Assessment. I have my CDL so I had to pay $450 for my assessment; the money is not the issue here. I am not seeking help because I was in any trouble with the law, I was seeking it for my family and myself. So far this place I went to for help has lost personal information, they have taken their sweet time with filing paperwork that would assist me in getting help (anyone with addiction issue's, that needs help and is trying to recover doesn't need more time on their hand's). Now they have lied to me flat out saying they had faxed my info to my insurance company one week ago, after speaking to my insurance company and learning they had not received anything from ADEPT I decided to call. I was told that they faxed it yesterday, so I asked for the fax number....they had the wrong fax number. So I'm now no closer to getting help then I was a month ago, do to the lack of clerical skills and a lack of compassion. For a company who's business is helping people they sure do lack those qualities. So if you want/need help, DO NOT go here.
