A horrible experience at the drive through. First they gave me back the wrong amount of change. I asked them to look at the receipt when they continued to have problems understanding how much to give back. They finally gave me the right change but then threw away the receipt. When I got my food and pulled away they swore at me. I pulled around front and talked to the manager who gave a feeble "sorry" and acted very irritated that he had to deal with me. The food was cold and really not worth the trouble I spent going there. The kicker with it all was that I was the only one at the drive through at the time and only one other customer inside ordering food. Way more employees than anyone buying anything. I called corporate but have not heard anything back. I will never go back. If you really want Wendy's food go to the one south of town at the Dug Out. I hear they do a lot better. If not go anywhere but here. This location needs to go.

We stop here frequently to go to the drive through. They are always very friendly and they have never messed up our order. The food is always hot and tastes great.

Our family went in to Wendy's at 929 East 800 North in Spanish Fork, Utah for dinner at 8:45pm. May 15, 2012. We were ignored for over 10 minutes before we finally left. Unbelievably rude and unacceptable service. If I could have given zero stars I would have. We will never go there again!

Went to Wendy's today May 5th 2012 our order was wrong, not one thing was right. Ordered three combo meals with NO onions and three different drinks. We had onions on all three meals no fries on any of our orders and only one drink was right. The guy at the drive up window was not friendly did not thank us, and after I said thanks, all I got was a YEP. I will not return ...
