I have purchased from quantum guns twice now. Both times have been less than good. The first time I bought a bipod which did not have any manufacturer info with it and came with no box. I figured that wasn't too bad so I decided to give them another try. I went back and asked to order (since they had none in stock) Ruger mini 14 magazines. And I specifically wanted magazines from Ruger, I wasn't interested in any other brand. They looked it up on their computer and confirmed that they were Ruger magazines, I asked them 5-6 times to make sure as they seemed unsure. Finally I told them if they were Ruger magazines I would order them. I later came home and decided to check to make sure they were indeed Ruger magazines. I called them up and got the item number and website they ordered it from. The very description of the magazines said "manufacture unknown, may require fitting", obviously not Ruger brand magazines. I told them that I would be stopping by for a refund as they had made a mistake. I stopped in again and the owner of the store absolutely refused to give me a refund, saying it was my problem. After we argued about it for a few minutes he tried to physically assault me (luckily some of his staff grabbed him when he lunged at me). Note this whole time he had a gun on his hip, and starting a physical altercation with someone while armed is not the best idea in any circumstances. I have filed a police report and will be dealing with my bank to work on stopping payment.
