Wow, I was really surprised to see all of the bad reviews. I have been to this post office several times and every time I have gone the service has been excellent. The staff has always been professional, efficient, and eager to help. I love the Saturday hours as well.

The lines are always extremely long with few cashiers. Packages are held without notice for days and worse yet, you are unable to get anyone to answer the phone. It is very frustrating.

you have pacages of mine missed me but im home all day every and you claim s pacagemy you day and you dont answer you phone why? howtw will i get my pacages???????

I had a certified letter for about a week, they didn't deliver it and they wouldn't give it to me, above that the supervisor was rude it was very frustrating, then I called Mrs Jones the postmasters and explain the problem. She said it will be delivered to you with in half hour, call me when you receive it, and I did receive it in less than half hour. I want to thanks her from the bottom of my heart for her caring, and understanding, she changed my opinion about this post office from night to day.

my husband saw postal service car passing by our house and delivering mail on our street today at 4:35. He was surprised that he found "sorry we missed you notice "in our mail box when he picked up our mail right after postmen car left. the postman never came to our door to check if we were home.

My packages are constantly delayed sometimes for up to two weeks because their lazy workers would rather write a "Sorry We Missed You" Notice than actually try to deliver them! Then I had to call USPS toll free number to get a direct number because they NEVER answer the phone here. Then when I get in touch with a manager (Mr. Turner) he's completely ignorant and won't allow me to even speak! I've been using this location for both of my businesses deliveries but I'm strongly thinking about switching carriers.They seem to be hiring anybody these days!

Worst postal service in Oakland County. Every time I mail something at this post office or order anything that is delivered to this office it takes 30 to 40 days to be received and on several instances the mail was never delivered and never came back to me It cost me $30 to have my check stopped. The self service machines are often out of order and only two windows open to handle all postal services. I have since started to use postal services outside my city for prompt services. I am done with the Southfield post office at 22200 11 Mile.

I work in Southfield and since they changed letter carriers 2 weeks ago we have been getting our mail later and later by the most rude people!!! I called the post office last week and left a message for the supervisor but I didn't receive a response. So today I called to tell them we never received mail, but I was left on hold for over 20 minutes!!!

Some of the workers at this post office are lazy! I watched my mail courier fill out a "Sorry We Missed You" notice from my living room. She did not even come to the door. I hope this is not a reflection of the post office in Southfield, MI.
