Green Mountain Chiropractic is my first choice when I have an injury or a physical issue. I have been to see both Dr. Hayes Mumma and Dr. Kathy Mumma for many different issues ranging from my neck to my foot (Plantar Fasciitis). My two sons also see them when they need an adjustment or professional opinion and treatment. I have been to many other practitioners, several chiropractors encouraging long and drawn out treatments with appointments for months. I have had custom orthotics made, been treated with Ultrasound, heat and electrical nerve stimulation and , my favorite, massage. Dr. Kathy Mumma does a great therapeutic massage, with an understanding of how beneficial massage therapy is to promote wellbeing. I am very active in Martial Arts and plan to stay active.
