Simeri's Old Town Tap

Simeri's Old Town Tap was established in 1980 by Dema Simeri. She began by cooking the same delicious food she prepared for us as kids. Many of the neighborhood patrons were of Hungarian and Polish descent, so she decided to add dishes that would appeal to their tastes. Her Hungarian Goulash and Cabbage Roll recipes continue to be favorites over twenty years later. Our mom took great pride in serving food that gives Simeri's the reputation for the finest home cooking in the Michiana area. In 1994 Simeri's opened its patio. Starting in April and going through October the "Party on the Patio" at Simeri's is the place to be all summer long. Thursday night is acoustic jam featuring musicians from top local bands. Friday's and Saturday's get here early as the area's hottest bands pack the place for a party second to none! We are open Monday through Saturday. Lunch is served from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. Dinners are served from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm. Saturday we open at 5:00 pm Simeri's offers catering on and off premise. Our upstairs dining room can accommodate up to 50 people for parties and luncheons.
