The have wonderful customer service. I appreciate the service they give to us and wouldnt go anywhere else. I rent vehicles from them at least twice a month for business. I have even been to their other locations that they have and would drive the extra mile to visit this branch. Thank You Affordable Auto for all that you do. I would strongly reccomend them to anyone needing to rent a vehicle. (Hide)

Not trustworthy and lacks integrity pathetic customer relations The second time i rented a car from affordable, i got two traffic tickets. A cop started... (More) pathetic customer relations The second time i rented a car from affordable, i got two traffic tickets. A cop started following me and turned on his lights when i was in the middle of a traffic intersection. i pulled over a few yards after the lights so as not to block the traffic. the guy shouts at me and gives me two tickets, one for no lights on the license plates and another for refusal to yeld to emergency vehicle. i am sure it will go into my license records. my insurance will also be bumped up. Ended up shelling out 126 bucks to pay off the tickets. the rental compnay not only paid nothing, he even laughed at me and said he will pay five dollars for the lights ticket. why would anybody want to rent a car from such a pathetic rental company which treats its regular customers like dirt? I would never rent from a company that gives out faulty machines, if nothing else. (Hide)
