If you are a post-surgical patient, we will make sure that you are as strong and fully functional as you can become. If you have a chronic, or continuing condition, we will explain how best to cope with it in the future. When you are discharged from the Souderton Rehabilitation Center, it is our hope that you do not have to seek medical intervention for your condition again. However, once you have been a patient here, you are part of the family. We expect you to feel comfortable contacting us anytime after your discharge, to ask questions, to voice your concerns, to find out if any particular activity might aggravate your condition. When you leave here, you will likely have a comprehensive home exercise program, and we encourage you to call for us to update your program if needed.
