They have been fixing my TV for over 2 years. I finally said to bring it back fixed or not and have been promised for over a month that it is being returned. File complaint with BBB, but still no results. Terrible business, not sure how they still operate.

They were able to help me with my television quickly and for a good price. The man who helped me was not the most friendly but was what you would expect for an electrical technician. I would be glad to use his company again.

I wish there was a way I could give it a negative 1 star. This company is so rude! I can't believe they are still in business. I called to see if I could get their free estimate and was told it would be 49.90. I said even if they can't fix it because I don't have $50.00 to keep giving to people who then can't fix it. The no good rude bastard said to take it somewhere else because we don't work for free and then hung up. I was so shocked because it was totally unprovoked. I tried to call back to see if we were disconnected and he picked it up and hung up again. Upon the 3rd time calling, he let it roll to voicemail that was conveniently full so I couldn't even curse the rude IDIOT out. Oh, well. At least I didn't give them any of my money. I would have really been mad!! What a bunch of LOSERS! I I can't believe they're still in business. That store is probably a front for some big time drug operation. There is no way people will come back because of the customer service. What idiots

This is not a reputable company. They had a middle age man to come out to my house and this individual was going to lift and carry my 62" rear projection TV down 5 steps into a small truck in the rain. Then he called is boss after I mentioned there is no way he could do that, his boss told me I needed to have someone else there to help with carrying the TV out to the truck because he didn't have another help at this time. All this after paying $89.50 for him to come out to my house. Then they never called back. After that I don't think I want them to take my TV because they would charge me some astronomical repair fee and hold my TV hostage until I pay them. I would rather throw it in the garbage.
