i bought a 08 scion tc from there used car dept. everything seemed to be going well till they hit me with a initial... (More) i bought a 08 scion tc from there used car dept. everything seemed to be going well till they hit me with a initial investment fee of 800$ to get the price shown on the internet(never got a full answer for what it really was) then there was a 800$ prep fee, which at first i thought was ok since they promise alot to be done to the car before delieverly. everything that i pointed out(i was a mechanic and i work for another dealership) and they promised was done was either half done or not done at all. the rear rotors needed to be replaced or resurfaced, was not touched but they assured me it was. the hood prop was bent, promised it would be replaced, just made it straight. said it was at detail, it was not detailed. just went through the car wash, no wax was not buffed out, interior was the same. not to mention the finance manager had no personality and didnt seem like he wanted to answer any of my questions. will not ever go there or refer any one  (Hide)
