We loved "JOE Mazda", our salesperson, and the online ratings of the Mazda3. The test drive was not rushed and we loved it. Joe answered all of our questions and truly made sure that we understood all of the features of the car. Plus, the tradein value we were given was fair.

Very nice facilities, if you are in the market for a clean used car this is a good dealer to visit. Good selection, and they work with many banks. I went through my credit union and the price remained the same. They put new brakes all around and the car was delivered immaculate.

I don't know where to start. Over 100 cars, at least, and one was nicer than the other. No pieced together cars here. When it came to Lexus, I even had my choice of color. Well, silver it is, and happy I am in a 2006 is350. They took my heap of a trade also( I got 1200 dollars). Thank you Anthony.

Cliff has to be the best sales person I have ever met. I had no idea which car I wanted and he still spent over 2 hours with me. Finally, I settled on a Nissan Rogue and I love it.It is great on gas also. Wonderful dealership.

Do not bring your car to be serviced at this place. They charge you twice as much and the parts they get from BMW last 2 years conveniently after there warranty is up on it. I had a problem with my gas sensor which they charged me wel over 600 to fix and I ended up getting stuck in the middle of a highly traffic road. My gas tank showed me I had a quarter tank but instead it was empty. They ended up charging me again for the same thing they fixed 2 years prior. Why give all this money to them when their parts only last 2years. I am not taking about brakes and such they last shorter and they are covered for a lot less time. Stay away from smithtown bmw they are going to be in your pocket until you get rid of your vehicle.

Picked up my 2011 X3 3.5i on Sat..LOVE IT! Although there was a slight delay with taking possession of the car due to a cracked windshield and difficulty of finding a replacement, Jason Phelps was most helpful & absolutely terrific during this entire process. From beginning to end, Jason was professional, courteous, and very personable. During my BMW X3 search, I had dealings with quite a number of BMW dealerships and my primary reason for purchasing my X3 at Competition BMW of Smithtown was because of Jason.
