I had a great experience bob and staff put custom fit rims on my hot rod they went beyond expectation when nobody else in town would help me. Thanks again bob and staff!!!

I went in to get my breaks checked because I heard scraping when I would stop. They came back inside to tell me that "New Rotors and Break Pads are needed. But also when we were looking, we broke off the caliper. It would've came off and broke on it's own eventually. Now for the really bad news, since that is broken off... we have to fix it before it can be drove again. You're looking about a $350.00" With $150.00 of that being labor... FOR SOMETHING THEY BROKE OFF! When I said something about just getting it towed back to my house so I could decide from there what I wanted to do, they started trying to make ME feel guilty! "Usually we do the break inspection for free but now we have to wheel it out since it's not able to drive just so it can be towed. This is going above and beyond for you. You're lucky we won't charge this time" Like they were doing me a favor. Ha! Never have I been so upset with a business. Terrible attitudes and disrespectful owner. I will NEVER go back there!

I have lived in SF for 2years and have been very pleased with the service i have received from Bob and the employees at Specialty Wheel and Tire.. I even brought a friend in who couldn't afford a tire so I was trying to help him so he could go to work. Bob worked with us on a tire for him and thus enabled the man to get to work. As long as I live in SF i will go to Specialty Wheel and Tire first for my tires and service work.

Bob and the guys are pretty good and will treat you right. I have been using them for a years now.

The 10th St. location is outstanding and Bob is a pleasure to work with. The head mechanic, Kevin is one of the best. Service is great and their honesty is above reproach. I have been using them for the past 5 years and I manage a fleet of vehicles.

I left my car with Specialty W&T over night for a basic tune up and oil change. I got a call the next day saying I needed to come and file a police report because my car was hit and run. Not only did they stick me with the damages to my car, they suggested I leave my car there again overnight so they could fix the damages. I thought they were completely irresponsible and unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them with my ten speed.

Since I have been a satisfied customer of SW&T for some timeI highly recommend them to anyone that wants to be given accurate info. and fair deals. Bob is especially good to work with.
