I wouldn't go anywhere else! I love Phoebe! She is the only one who can get my feet grated down to be smooth as a baby's bottom! Every time I take my daughters (8 and 7 years old) they are so nice to them. I usually just have them paint their toes and fingers, but the artists always let them soak their feet like momma. They are so time efficient! They make sure the kiddos aren't done before the mom's, I suppose to ensure good behavior instead of that bored, 'I want to run around' behavior ALL young kids possess. I just love it there. And I drive over an hour to get there. They are the best! :)

Visited this nail salon the day before my sister's wedding. It was supposed to be a relaxing, fun, bonding experience for myself, my sister and her two young girls, and my mom. We were "greeted" by someone at the front desk, who didn't turn around in her chair to say anything to us for at least 2 minutes, when I said "excuse me." She turned around, sighed that she had to put down her phone, and asked what we needed. We told her that we had appointments, and she told us to sit down and wait.



Instead of getting our pedicures at the same time, as we had requested several days before, we were taken back one at a time. There was no greeting, no words, just a look. My pedicure was the roughest I've ever had, and my feet are still left sharp and sore. They were in the water no more than 5 seconds before she pulled them out to start with her sharp trimmer. I told her that she'd have to be more gentle because my heels are cracked, and she just stopped altogether and started talking in another language to the man next to her.



My very young nieces were treated no better. Instead of this being a treat, both left scared and in tears for the way that they were treated. My youngest niece was too scared to even have anything done.



We left, after being charged $160 for three pedicures and two manicures. No one could explain the charges, but they all just talked amongst themselves and evidently this was the price they landed on.
