      Siouxland Aging Services is a nonprofit organization and is one of the Area Agencies in Iowa. Founded in 1974, the agency offers a variety of services for senior citizens in Cherokee, Ida, Monona, Plymouth and Woodbury counties in Iowa. It provides nutritional services that include meals for individuals. One-third of the allocated federal nutritional allowance is spent daily on such meals. Siouxland Aging Services offers case management services that include home- and community-based assistance. The organization also provides information, referral, counseling, respite care, material aid and legal assistance services. In addition, it provides financial assistance to individuals and families. It maintains an office in Sioux City, Iowa.
