i have always enjoyed subway sandwiches because the ingredients are fresh.. ordering sandwiches has never been a problem until today. there is a woman who works behind the counter that is almost impossible to understand due to her lack of comprehension and command of the english language.my son and i were there on thurs., june17. after repeatedly failing to understand one another, a different coworker intervened and took our order with the utmost courtesy and friendly service.what prompted me to write this review after several days reflection is this: the woman that we could not understand, due to her incomprehension of the English language and poor communication skills, was angry at ME because i could not understand her! i stayed after our order was taken care of by another employee to observe other customers interaction with this woman. every single person experienced the same thing i did :the almost impossible communication with this employee and her rude,loud reaction.
