This florist came highly recommended. I was supposed to approve flowers the night before my wedding and there was a dance so I was unable to do so because my wedding flowers were pushed off until later. After sending someone to pick up the not finished in time flowers they were completely wrong. No pearls in brides bouquet as promised. No Hypericum berries in bridesmaids bouquets as promised The ribbons on the bouquets were all the wrong color. ALL of the flowers were wrong. The florist had pictures of all of the bouquets and boutonnieres as well as handwritten notes okayed by me the bride. She still managed to screw up all of the flowers. Upon contacting her about the flowers she insisted that she never promised the flowers would turn out as promised and only apologized that they were late not that she ruined my day with very wrong and very ugly flowers. She did not make it right. BEWARE!!!!!! Florist is only after money. Not worried about customer service.
