I used to go into this store to see the birds and even thought about buying one however the birds are way too expensive! I also heard something very disturbing, whether true or not, if the owner cannot sell a bird or if the bird has behavioral issues he kills them. I hope to God this is not true because I will never set foot in this store again!

I love this store, I find the birds to be very well socialized and clean, the staff is so knowledgeable and caring, I drive more than 45 minutes to have my Macaw groomed by the store, to buy supplies and toys and to play with the other birds! Love it there!

I own three macaws ( two blue and golds and one calico) and two African Greys (one Timneh and one Congo) in addition to caiques, cockatiels, and parakeets.I went to the store for the first time today and walked out disgusted. NOT ONE BIRD was socialized enough to be held. They were frightened to death. I saw birds with crusted feces on wings and tails. WORST OF ALL, I saw several clutches of babies lying in the corner of wet newspaper. I would not buy a bird, board, or have a bird groomed there. I came right home and washed thoroughly before handling my own pets. ANYONE who knows birds know they are very clean and preen thoroughly and should never be crusted with feces. You should not even mist or shower a bird close to bedtime lest they be damp. WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE BABIES ON WET NEWSPAPER? Birds do carry diseases which are hard to spot. Be very careful entering and leaving this store. DISGUSTING & INHUMANE! A BIRD MILL. Contact a reputable breeder. I would NEVER buy a THING.

I love going to Bird Jungle because the birds are healthy, playful and well socialized. I used to buy my bird seed at retail chains but after seeing how affordable the food was and how well kept the store is, I only go to Bird Jungle.

I first went to Bird Jungle when I needed a new cage for my conure. The staff there was more than helpful. They helped me pick out a big enough size cage for a great price! I love going Bird Jungle, it is now the only place that I buy food from. Their own mixes are always freshly packed and sealed. Their variety of toys is also amazing. Bird Jungle is also probably one of the only bird stores that I know of that allows customers to play with the birds. If you're looking into buying a bird, need a new cage, toys, food or need your bird's wings and nails groomed Bird Jungle is the best!!!

Great place! Its clean, has a big selection, and staff is friendly. The owner (Angel) is very knowledgable and friendly. He doesnt try to make hard sells and push things you dont need.
